These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ja88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the website located at https://ja88.cam and any associated services, tools, content or features offered therein.

ja88 is an online gaming and sports betting information platform. By accessing this website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion or otherwise using any feature of this platform, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

This Agreement should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ja88.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to register an Account and use the ja88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where gambling or online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee or representative of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from this Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of ja88 or any of its affiliated entities.

By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in this section. You further acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to verify whether participation on this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing. ja88 does not provide legal advice and does not represent that access to this Platform is lawful in any particular location, including within Pakistan.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only on the ja88 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts — whether by the same individual or through shared device or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly in the event of any change.

Before processing withdrawals or as part of our KYC obligations, ja88 may require you to submit supporting documentation to verify your identity, age and method of payment. Acceptable documents typically include:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot or statement).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension of Account functionality, including the inability to process withdrawals. ja88 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted under your Account — including bets placed, deposits made or bonuses claimed — shall be deemed to have been carried out by you. You must notify ja88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Your use of the ja88 Platform is subject to the following general conditions of use, which apply at all times during your access to the Platform:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any technical or security measures implemented by the Platform.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to exploit, manipulate or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• You will not engage in any activity that disrupts, degrades or impairs the Platform's performance or infrastructure.
• You acknowledge that all games on the Platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) or verifiable live-dealer mechanisms and that game outcomes cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• You accept that ja88's record of all transactions, bets and game outcomes shall, in the absence of manifest error, be the definitive and binding record.

ja88 provides access to the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for losses attributable to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All deposits to your ja88 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. ja88 processes deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the Platform's current banking section and are subject to change.

The Platform may reference familiar Pakistani payment methods as contextual indicators of the types of transfer methods that may be supported. Such references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah are provided for contextual familiarity only. They do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those institutions, nor do they imply any affiliation, partnership or regulatory approval by those providers.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation by the payment processor. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and external factors beyond our control. ja88 shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. ja88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before any withdrawal is approved, the Account holder must have completed KYC verification to ja88's reasonable satisfaction. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to the completion of verification may be placed on hold until such time as verification is confirmed.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows (these are indicative only and subject to payment processor timelines and internal review requirements):

• Standard withdrawal requests: Reviewed within 1–3 business days from submission.
• Additional compliance review: May extend processing by a further 3–5 business days where additional documentation is required.
• Minimum withdrawal: As stated in the current banking section of the Platform (typically PKR 1,000 or as updated).

ja88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount is unusually high, the Account has recently received a large bonus, or there are indicators of suspicious activity. In such cases, supporting documentation may be requested.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the ja88 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between those specific promotional terms and these General Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be fulfilled before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is typically capped (commonly PKR 1,000–2,500 per round or bet) — exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements — game contribution rates are stated in the specific promotional terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• ja88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at its discretion, with notice where reasonably practicable.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

All bets and wagers placed on the ja88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game type or event. These rules are accessible within the Platform and form part of this Agreement.

The following general principles apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• Bets accepted by the Platform are binding. Once confirmed, a bet may not be modified or cancelled by the User unless a specific cash-out or bet-edit feature is available and the User exercises it within the permitted window.
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmed acceptance by the Platform are the odds applied to the bet.
• ja88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by a pricing error, technical fault or data feed failure.
• Winnings from sports betting are calculated based on the confirmed odds multiplied by the stake. Winnings from casino games are calculated according to the rules of the applicable game.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, ja88's decision, based on available data and applicable rules, shall be final subject to the complaint resolution procedure below.

For cricket markets specifically — including Pakistan domestic matches, PSL fixtures and ICC tournaments — additional cricket-specific betting rules apply and are published in the Platform's sportsbook rules section. Users are encouraged to review these rules prior to placing bets on cricket events.

ja88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options.

Users are encouraged to make full use of these tools. In particular, we recommend that all users set a deposit or loss limit at the time of account creation. Self-exclusion requests will be acted upon promptly by our support team and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ja88 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of funds associated with the prohibited conduct, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creating more than one Account or allowing a third party to register an Account on your behalf.
• Using software, tools or methods to gain an unfair advantage, including arbitrage systems designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies.
• Money laundering, structuring of deposits or any other financial activity designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention tool.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multi-player game environment.
• Abusing the complaints or chargeback process through fraudulent or exaggerated claims.
• Any conduct that is fraudulent, unlawful or harmful to ja88, its staff or other users.

All content on the ja88 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, software and trademarks, is the intellectual property of ja88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of ja88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ja88, its directors, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

In particular, ja88 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses sustained through gambling activity on the Platform — gambling inherently involves risk and all wagers are placed at the User's sole risk.
• Losses arising from delays, interruptions or errors in the Platform's operation attributable to third-party providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms or to safeguard their Account credentials.
• Any taxation liability arising from winnings — Users are solely responsible for understanding and meeting any tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits ja88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

ja88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting an update notice on the Platform or by email to registered Account holders.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any disputed transaction or event shall be the version that governs that matter.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is incorporated or licensed, as set out in the operator's current licensing documentation. Users are responsible for ensuring that their participation is consistent with all applicable laws in their own jurisdiction.

Specifically for Pakistani users: Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. These Terms are not a representation that participation in online gambling is lawful in Pakistan. This document does not constitute legal advice. You are strongly encouraged to obtain independent legal advice regarding your obligations and rights under Pakistani law before participating on this Platform.

Any dispute arising between you and ja88 in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to the Platform's internal complaint resolution process. If unresolved internally, escalation paths are set out in the Platform's complaint handling documentation.
